The fabric pulls tight over the top and down the base for a sleek, hourglass shape, and your design is printed on panels that face every direction around the table.

We dye sublimate the full design into stretch polyester, so colors stay bright and the cover can be washed between events.

Sizes and Fit

Choose a cover for a 30" or 42" diameter table top. Each cover has a front visual area plus four repeating side panels, so a logo is visible wherever guests stand. Confirm your table's top diameter and height before ordering; we will help if you are unsure.

Design Tips for Round Covers

Place your main logo on the front panel and repeat a smaller mark on the side panels. Avoid fine text near the base where the fabric narrows. Our designers check proportions and send you a free proof.

Download the free template set from our Dropbox folder, open the file for your size and style, and design only on the layer labelled "Artwork". Do not change the artboard size or move the guidelines, and delete the mask and guide layers when the template tells you to. Export a single-page CMYK PDF, then send it with your order. Our designers check every file and email you a free proof before anything is printed.

Use round covers at sponsor lounges, cocktail hours, VIP areas, product launches and weddings. Group several to define a branded zone next to your canopy tent or backdrop, or place one at each end of a bar to frame your sponsor area.

How to Install a Round Stretch Cover

Set the cocktail table at its full height and lock the base. Slide the cover's top pocket over the tabletop, then pull the fabric down the column and over the foot of the base. Smooth the panels so the front logo faces the main traffic flow. Removal takes seconds, and the cover folds flat into its optional carry bag.

30-Inch or 42-Inch?

A 30" top is the most common cocktail table and comfortably holds drinks and small plates for two to four guests. A 42" top gives more room for product samples, brochures or a small display and works well as a sponsor or VIP table. If you are renting tables from a venue, ask for the top diameter and height before you order so the cover fits snugly.

Creating a Branded Lounge

One covered cocktail table looks nice; a group of them changes the feel of an entire space. Arrange three to six round covers in a loose cluster near your booth entrance, and guests naturally stop, set down a drink and start a conversation with your team. For sponsors, a set of branded high-tops is one of the most visible placements at a reception, because people gather around them all evening and appear in nearly every photo.

Mix colors for variety: alternate a white cover with your logo and a brand-color cover with a reversed logo. Keep the same front logo placement on every table so the set still looks unified from across the room.

Why Dye Sublimation for Round Covers

Stretch fabric moves every time it is installed. Screen-printed or vinyl graphics can crack along the stretch lines after a few uses, but dye sublimation turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester fibers. The color stretches with the fabric, so your logo stays smooth and bright event after event, and the cover can go through the wash without the print peeling away.

Care and Storage

Wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry. Avoid high heat, which can reduce the stretch. Fold the cover loosely and store it with the rest of your event kit.
