Shipping Information

Production takes 2 days after you approve your free design proof, and delivery takes 3–7 days after your order ships. Need it faster? Rush production is available on most products for an added fee — ask us before ordering.

Shipping is free to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations, contact us for a shipping quote before you order.

Tents, flags and displays ship in their carry bags or cases, boxed and tracked. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

If a deadline is involved — a trade show, a market, a game day — tell us the date when you order and we'll confirm we can meet it before production starts.
