Terms of Service

Production begins only after you approve your design proof. Approving your proof confirms you accept the layout, colors, spelling and the image quality of the files you provided.

You confirm that you own or have rights to the logos and artwork you send us. We may decline artwork that infringes someone else's rights.

Prices are in US dollars and confirmed at order time. Custom orders are paid in full before production. Rush fees, where requested, are added to your quote before you approve it.

Stated production times are estimates that begin at proof approval. Event deadlines shared with us in writing are honored where physically possible — we'll always tell you upfront if a date can't be met.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Tents must be weighted and used within their rated conditions; we're not responsible for damage caused by weather or improper use.
