Returns & Reprints

Because every tent, flag and display is printed with your artwork, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. That's why every order includes a free proof — nothing is printed until you approve it.

If your order arrives with a printing defect, wrong colors compared to your approved proof, or damage in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or replace the affected item at no cost to you.

Frames and hardware are covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a frame part fails in normal use, we'll send a replacement part or frame.

Email orders@brandedpopuptents.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We respond within one business day.
