A Simple Table Throw That Makes Your Booth Look Finished

A bare folding table makes even a great booth look temporary. A custom printed table throw fixes that in about thirty seconds. You drape it over the table, smooth the corners, and your logo, colors and message instantly face every visitor who walks past. It is the most cost-effective way to turn a plain registration desk or sampling table into a branded piece of your display.

Our standard throw is made from 8.8 oz polyester tension fabric and printed edge to edge with full-color dye sublimation. Because the ink becomes part of the fibers instead of sitting on top, the print stays sharp, will not crack or peel, and the cover is fully machine washable if it gets dirty at an outdoor event. The corners are sewn rounded and the hem hangs roughly 2" above the floor, so the cover looks tailored rather than draped over at random.

Open Back or Closed Back: Pick the Right Style

The 3-sided open-back style covers the front and both ends of the table and leaves the rear panel off. Choose it when staff sit or stand behind the table all day at a trade show, conference or job fair. You get leg room and quick access to boxes, brochures and bags stored underneath, while visitors still see a fully branded front.

The 4-sided closed-back style wraps every side down to the floor for complete 360-degree coverage. It is the better option when the table sits in the middle of a room, at a wedding or gala, in a retail pop-up, or anywhere people can walk around it. Storage under the table stays hidden from every angle, which keeps the space looking clean in photos.

Sizes for 4ft, 6ft and 8ft Tables

Every size is cut for the most common event tables. The 4' cover fits a standard 48" x 30" x 30" display table, the 6' fits 72" x 30" x 30", and the 8' fits 96" x 30" x 30". For the 4' throw, the finished open-back size is 102" x 62.25" and the closed-back size is 102" x 83.5". The open-back version weighs about 4 lbs and the closed-back about 5.5 lbs, so either one folds into a carry-on bag or a corner of your tent case.

Download the free template set from our Dropbox folder, open the file for your size and style, and design only on the layer labelled "Artwork". Do not change the artboard size or move the guidelines, and delete the mask and guide layers when the template tells you to. Export a single-page CMYK PDF, then send it with your order. Our designers check every file and email you a free proof before anything is printed.

Template uploads for the 4' throw are 104.51" x 65" for open back and 103.51" x 85.01" for closed back. The extra fabric is the hem and wrap allowance, so keep your logo and text inside the safe area shown on the template.

How to Set Up Your Table Throw

Unfold the throw and find the center seam or label at the back. Lay it across the tabletop with the printed front facing your visitors, then pull each end down so the rounded corners fall evenly. On the open-back style, tuck the rear edge over the back of the table so it stays put. Fold it along the original creases when you pack up, and hang it the night before a show if you want it perfectly smooth.
