Our Warranty

Every aluminum frame we sell is warranted against manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. That covers joints, legs, sliders and locking mechanisms under normal use.

Canopies, walls, flags and table covers are covered against print and sewing defects. Dye-sublimated prints are made to resist fading, cracking and peeling in normal outdoor use.

Damage from weather events beyond rated wind speeds, improper setup or storage, accidents, and normal wear like scuffs from transport. Always weight your tent and take it down in strong wind.

Email orders@brandedpopuptents.com with your order number, photos and a short description. Most claims are resolved with a replacement part shipped within a few business days.
