Because the footprint is a quarter of a standard booth, the 5x5 is also popular as a second tent. What You Get With Each 5x5 Option

The Frame + Fabric option is $497.00 and includes the custom-printed canopy, one 1.2 mm anodized aluminum frame with ABS glass-filled nylon joints and one standard soft carrying bag. The frame uses hexagon-shaped legs, 1.75 inches across, with plastic levers that adjust height without pinching fingers.

The Fabric Only option is $238.00. It contains the printed 5x5 canopy without a frame or bag, which makes it a cost-effective way to rebrand an existing compatible frame, update a seasonal message or keep a spare top for heavy-use teams. Measure your current frame before ordering to make sure it is a true 5x5 model.

The main product photograph shows printed walls and two feather flags so you can picture a finished display. Those pieces are not included with either option, but you can add printed half-height or full walls, 9 ft flags, a table cover, color-matched trim, a wheeled bag, sandbags or a rope-and-peg kit directly on this page before you order.

Optional Add-Ons

Walls are the biggest visual upgrade. A half-height wall is $49.00–$154.00 — printed inside, outside or on both sides, with or without rails — while a 5' full wall is $81.20–$162.40 to close the back of the booth. Black or white canopy trim is included; matching the trim to your artwork is $35.00.

A four-sided printed table cover is $77.00–$98.00, in stretch, fitted or drape styles for a 6 ft or 8 ft table, and a 9 ft printed flag with its holder is $56.00–$70.00 depending on single- or double-sided printing.

Upgrade the included standard bag to a carrying bag with wheels for $28.00. Rolling the tent from a parking lot to a venue is much easier than carrying it on your shoulder, especially when you are also moving tables, product and signage.

For hard surfaces where pegs cannot be driven, add a four-piece sandbag set for $56.00 or a six-piece set for $84.00. A rope and ground peg kit is $8.40 if you want your own anchoring set. On any surface, secure the tent before opening the roof to the wind.

Printing, Materials and Durability

Your artwork is dye sublimated onto a white 600 denier polyester canopy. Heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester fibers, so color becomes part of the fabric. The result is a print that resists cracking, peeling and fading far better than surface-applied vinyl. The canopy is weather resistant, meets FR rating requirements and is designed primarily for outdoor use.

Reinforced strips and black thread are used at stress points on the canopy, while the anodized aluminum frame resists corrosion and stays light enough for regular transport. ABS glass-filled nylon connectors give the scissor mechanism the stiffness it needs to open smoothly event after event.

Designing Artwork for a 5x5 Roof

Smaller panels reward simple designs. Use a bold logo, one short headline and high-contrast colors so the canopy can be read from across a field or hall. Keep important text away from the seams and corners, and avoid tiny phone numbers or long lists of services; those belong on a table cover or banner at eye level.

Production, Shipping and Order Cutoff

Production takes 2 days after you approve your proof, and delivery normally takes 3–7 days depending on your location. Orders placed before the 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time cutoff enter the queue the same day. If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you order so we can confirm the timeline before printing.

Where a 5x5 Canopy Works Best

Market vendors use the 5x5 for jewelry, coffee carts and small craft displays. Schools and clubs set them up as registration points, first-aid stations and fundraising tables. Real-estate agents use them at open houses and community fairs, while sports teams use them as shaded scoring or equipment points. Setup, Care and Warranty

Open the frame part way, attach the canopy to the corners, then extend the frame fully and raise each leg until the plastic levers click into place. Anchor the tent immediately. When packing up, make sure the canopy is dry to prevent mildew, and fold it loosely rather than creasing the print.

The canopy and soft case carry a one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship, and the hardware carries a lifetime warranty on the same terms. Products found defective are repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion. Accidents, abuse, normal wear and tear, and wind damage from an unsecured frame are not covered.
