Choose the 3-sided open-back stretch cover when you work from behind the table. It leaves your legs and storage free while presenting a clean, branded front. Choose the 4-sided closed-back version for 360-degree coverage at sponsor lounges, bars, check-in islands and gallery-style displays.

Because the fabric hugs the frame, stretch covers do not flap in a breeze or catch on passing visitors. That makes them a strong pick for outdoor markets under a canopy tent, sports sideline tables and busy conference aisles. They are also the lightest style to pack.

Templates and Artwork Tips

Download the free template set from our Dropbox folder, open the file for your size and style, and design only on the layer labelled "Artwork". Do not change the artboard size or move the guidelines, and delete the mask and guide layers when the template tells you to. Export a single-page CMYK PDF, then send it with your order. Our designers check every file and email you a free proof before anything is printed.

Keep fine text on the flat top or front panel rather than across a leg, where stretching is greatest. Bold logos and simple color fields give the best result on a stretch cover.

Setting Up a Stretch Cover

Open the rear zipper fully and start by fitting the top over one end of the table. Work the fabric down over the legs at that end, walk to the other side and pull the cover over the remaining legs, then close the zipper. Run your hand along the top edge to center the artwork. Taking it off is the same steps in reverse, and the cover rolls up small enough to fit in a backpack.

Stretch Covers vs. Table Throws

A throw hides everything under the table and works with many table heights, which makes it a flexible default. A stretch cover shows the shape of the table and gives a sleek, modern profile, but it needs the table it was sized for. If your booth style is clean and minimal, or you exhibit outdoors where wind is a concern, stretch is the better fit. For storage-heavy setups, a closed-back throw is easier to live with.
