A custom table runner is a printed strip that drapes across the front, top and back of a table. It puts your logo right at eye level without the cost of a full cover, making it the most affordable way to brand a registration desk, sampling table or trade show booth. Many exhibitors already own a solid-color throw and simply add a runner to make it theirs.

Runners are printed with full-color dye sublimation, so photographs, gradients and brand colors come through clearly, and the fabric can be washed and reused.

Choose Your Width

Our 24" x 80" runner is a slim accent that frames a centered logo. The 34" x 80" gives more room for a tagline or website. The 60" x 80" covers much of the front of a 6' or 8' table for a bold, almost full-cover look. All three fit standard 30" high tables and hang front and back.

Layering Ideas

Lay a runner over a black or brand-colored throw for contrast. Rotate seasonal runners over the same base cover to promote new products without replacing everything. At a long table, place two runners side by side, one per sponsor or product line.

Download the free template set from our Dropbox folder, open the file for your size and style, and design only on the layer labelled "Artwork". Do not change the artboard size or move the guidelines, and delete the mask and guide layers when the template tells you to. Export a single-page CMYK PDF, then send it with your order. Our designers check every file and email you a free proof before anything is printed.

How to Measure for a Runner

Runners are 80" long, which is enough to drape over a standard 30" high table from the floor at the front to the floor at the back. Measure the depth of your tabletop and its height; if the total of depth plus twice the height is less than 80", the runner will touch or nearly touch the floor on both sides. For taller demo tables, ask us about custom lengths.

Designing a Runner That Gets Noticed

Because a runner is narrow, the design should be simple and bold. Center your logo on the front drop at standing eye level, add a short tagline or website below it, and use a solid brand color for the background. Avoid putting important details on the top surface, where they will be covered by products and brochures. Our designers can lay out your artwork for free and send a proof.

Runner vs. Full Table Cover

A full printed throw or fitted cover gives the most branding area and hides storage, but it costs more. A runner gives you a branded focal point for a fraction of the price and works over any cover you already own. If you are just starting to exhibit, a runner over a solid-color throw is a smart first step; you can add a fully printed cover later and keep using the runner as a seasonal accent.

Care and Reuse

Runners wash on a cold, gentle cycle and fold flat for storage. Because they are inexpensive, many teams keep several on hand — one for each product launch, season or sponsor — and swap them over the same base table cover.
