Why Build Your Own Tent Instead of Buying a Bundle?

Pre-built packages are handy, but they often include walls, flags or bags you will never use. When you build your own branded pop up canopy tent, you start with the part every event needs — a full-color printed roof on a strong aluminum frame — and then add only the extras that suit your space, your budget and your crowd. You see the price of every add-on before you order, so the total never surprises you.

Every size on this page uses the same core build: a weather-resistant 600 denier polyester canopy, full-color dye sublimation printing, a 1.2 mm anodized aluminum frame with ABS glass-filled nylon joints, hexagonal 1.75-inch legs with pinch-free height levers and a soft carrying bag. The canopy meets FR rating requirements, so it is ready for events that ask for fire-rated fabric.

Step 1: Choose the Right Size

Start with the space your organizer gives you. The 5x5 tent, from $238.00, covers 25 square feet and suits a single person, a sampling cart or a branded marker beside a bigger booth. You can order the printed canopy only if you already own a 5x5 frame.

The 10x10 tent, at $497.00, is the size most farmers markets, craft fairs, expos and sports events plan around. If you are unsure, start here: it fits the standard plot, sets up with one or two people and fits in most car trunks.

The 15x10 tent, at $684.60, adds 50 square feet for a longer counter or two stations under one roof, and its kit includes a ground stake kit. The 20x10 tent, at $851.20, covers a full double booth with one continuous roof — the best choice for sponsors, breweries, dealerships and busy teams.

Step 2: Add Walls for Privacy and Branding

Walls turn a shaded roof into a real booth. A full back wall gives you a large printed backdrop for your logo, message and photos, and it is the add-on most customers choose first. Half-height walls brand the sides at counter height while keeping the booth open to passing traffic. You can order half walls with or without rails, printed inside, outside or on both sides.

On the 20x10 you can choose a 20-foot full wall for the back plus 10-foot walls for the ends. On smaller sizes, the matching full wall fits the back or one side. Two-sided printing costs more but looks finished from inside and out, which matters if staff and visitors will stand on both sides.

Step 3: Add Flags and a Table Cover

A 9-foot printed flag with a flag holder lifts your logo above the crowd, so people can find you from the far end of a field or parking lot. Choose single-sided print for a lower price or double-sided print so the flag reads correctly from both directions.

A four-sided table cover brands the front counter where people stop and talk. Choose stretch, fitted or drape styles for 6 ft or 8 ft tables. A table cover is also the best place for details too small for the roof, such as a phone number, website or a current offer.

Step 4: Pick Trim, Bags and Anchoring

Black or white trim is included; color-matched trim gives a neater, fully branded finish. A carrying bag with wheels makes moving the frame across parking lots much easier, especially with the larger 15x10 and 20x10 frames.

Anchoring is not optional. Always secure the frame with stakes or sandbags, because wind damage from an unsecured tent voids the warranty. The four-piece sandbag set fits 10 ft and 15 ft tents; the six-piece set is made for 20 ft tents with six legs. A rope-and-peg kit is available for grass and soil.

Step 5: Send Your Artwork and Approve Your Proof

Upload your logo or finished artwork, or download a template from our design templates page. Every order includes a free digital proof. We check resolution, bleed and safe areas and lay out your design across the roof, walls and table cover. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

For the strongest result, put your logo and a short message on the valances at eye level, use the roof peaks for a large logo or icon and keep long text for walls and table covers where people stand closer.

Production, Delivery and Warranty

Production takes 2 days after proof approval and delivery normally takes 3–7 days. Orders received before the 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time cutoff enter production the same day once the proof is approved. Tell us your event date and we will confirm the timeline before you pay.

Canopies and soft cases carry a one-year warranty and the aluminum hardware carries a lifetime warranty, both against defects in material and workmanship.
