Before you upload
These five checks are the difference between a proof that is approved straight away and one that comes back asking for a bigger file. Tick them off and your artwork is print-ready.
- 125–150 DPI at full size, CMYK color (set black as regular or rich black, checked in CMYK)
- Full-size artwork — same size as the template, no bleed or crop marks
- Fonts outlined, images embedded, hidden layers and template guides removed
- PDF preferred (single page); TIFF, JPG, PSD, AI and EPS also accepted
- Approving your proof confirms you accept the image quality of the files you provided

What happens next

- 3You approve or ask for changesTell us what to move, resize or recolor. Revisions are free and unlimited until the proof looks right to you.
- 4We print and shipProduction takes 2 days after your approval, and delivery takes 3–7 days. Tracking arrives by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Artwork we can print on
Every product we make is printed with your own artwork by full-color dye sublimation, so the same file rules apply whether you are ordering one 5x5 canopy or twelve 10x20 booths. Tents and canopies are printed panel by panel — roof, valance, full walls and half walls — so tell us which file belongs on which part. Flags print single-sided or double-sided, and a double-sided flag needs the reverse side marked. Table covers print full bleed on fitted, stretch and throw styles, and step & repeat backdrops print edge to edge on a single seamless panel.
If your logo only exists as a small website PNG, send it anyway. Our design team can rebuild it as a vector file, and that redraw is part of the free design service — you do not need to find a designer or pay for one. The one thing we cannot fix is a low-resolution photo used as your main graphic, so if you have the original logo file, send that version.
Working to a deadline? Add the date to your notes. We confirm timing before production starts, and rush production is available on most products for an added fee.

What file format should I upload for my custom tent?
A single-page PDF is best — it keeps fonts, layers and colors locked in place. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, TIFF, JPG, PNG, GIF and WEBP. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) scale to any tent size without going soft.
How big does my artwork need to be?
Send your art at full print size, 125–150 DPI, in CMYK color. A logo that looks sharp on a business card is usually too small for a 10x10 canopy roof, so the closer you can get to full size, the better the print.
What happens after I upload my artwork?
Our design team checks resolution, bleed and safe areas, then emails you a free digital proof of the exact product you ordered. Production starts only after you approve that proof, takes 2 days, and delivery takes 3–7 days.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Upload whatever you have — even a plain JPG of a hand-drawn idea — and tell us what you want. Our free design service turns it into print-ready artwork and sends a proof at no charge.
Is my artwork private?
Yes. Files go to a private storage bucket that only our production team can open, and we use them for your order only. We never share, sell or publish your designs.
Can I upload more than one file?
Yes — up to 8 files per submission, 50 MB each. Send the roof, walls, table cover and flag artwork separately if they differ, and note which file goes on which part.
