Talk to a Tent ExpertStart with your footprint. A 10x10 package fits the standard booth space at most markets, fairs and trade shows. If you run two tables or staff a crew of three or more, the 10x15 and 10x20 packages give you room to work without customers feeling squeezed out.
Then decide how closed-in you want to be. Open packages with just a printed roof keep airflow and sightlines open. Packages with a back wall give you a branded backdrop and hide storage. Fully walled packages let you lock up product overnight at multi-day events.
Finally, look at what is bundled. Some kits include a printed table throw or a mesh back wall at a lower combined price than buying each piece separately. If you already know you need those pieces, the bundle saves you money.
Each kit ships with the commercial aluminum frame, your dye-sublimated canopy, a wheeled roller bag and the walls or accessories listed in the package name. The frame opens in one motion and locks with push-button legs, so two people can set up in about a minute.
The canopy fabric is 600 denier polyester: water resistant, UV coated and fire retardant to CPAI-84 standards, which is what most indoor venues and event organizers ask for.
You do not need print-ready artwork to order. Send your logo in any format and our design team places it on the roof, valance and walls, then sends you a proof to review. We revise until you approve it, and only then does your tent go into production.
If you do have a designer, ask us for the print template for your package. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest results, and we check every file before printing.
