Your roof peaks and valances can work together as one design, with high-contrast lettering placed where visitors can read it from a distance.

Planning Your 15x10 Event Layout

Start with the activities that must happen under the roof. A registration team might place one long counter across the front and keep spare forms behind it. A retailer could run a display down one side and preserve a clear entrance at the other. A sports club might separate check-in from merchandise collection so queues do not cross. Mark the table and storage positions on a simple plan before designing the graphics, because furniture determines where people will stand and which printed areas remain visible.

Allow room beyond the canopy legs for safe anchoring and for people to pass without tripping over ropes or equipment. Do not assume that a wall, flag or counter pictured in an inspiration image will fit your exact site. Measure the plot, check overhead obstructions and leave space for neighboring vendors. If your event supplies only a 10x10 space, choose the smaller package instead; if you need a long serving frontage or several distinct stations, compare the 10x20 range.

Setup, Anchoring and Outdoor Safety

Two people should open the frame gradually from opposite sides, position the canopy and raise the legs evenly. Check that every height lever is secure before anyone works underneath. At the factory's discretion, products found defective will be repaired or replaced.
