A 20x10 Custom Canopy Tent for Double Booths

Some events are too busy for a single 10x10. Car dealers at outdoor shows, sponsors at races, breweries at festivals, universities at orientation days and retailers running sidewalk sales all need more frontage than a standard booth offers. A 20x10 custom printed canopy tent doubles the width, giving you twenty feet of branded valance facing the crowd and room underneath for a real working space.

This kit is priced at $851.20 and covers the essentials: a full-color printed canopy, a collapsible anodized aluminum frame and a standard soft carrying bag. Walls, flags, table covers and anchoring are priced separately so you only pay for what your event needs.

What Comes in the Base Kit

You receive one custom-printed 20' x 10' canopy made from weather-resistant 600 denier polyester, one 1.2 mm anodized aluminum frame with ABS glass-filled nylon joints and one standard soft bag. The hexagonal legs are 1.75 inches across and use plastic levers for pinch-free height adjustment.

The main photograph shows a full back wall, half walls on the sides, two feather flags and a fitted table cover. Those pieces illustrate a finished booth and are optional add-ons. Anything you choose is listed in your cart and on your proof before printing starts.

Add-Ons and Prices

Color-matched trim is $35; black or white trim is included. Four-sided table covers in stretch, fitted or drape styles are $77–$98 for 6 ft and 8 ft tables. A 9 ft printed flag with holder is $56–$70 depending on single- or double-sided print.

Half-height walls are $49–$154, with or without rails and printed inside, outside or both sides. A 10' full wall for either short side is $81.20–$162.40, and a 20' full back wall is $154–$308. Upgrade to a carrying bag with wheels for $84, add a sandbag set for $56–$84 and a rope-and-peg kit for $8.40.

For a 20x10 we usually suggest the six-piece sandbag set, because the frame has six legs. A popular layout is a 20' back wall, two half walls on the ends, a table cover at the front and a flag at each corner to mark the booth from a distance.

Who the 20x10 Suits Best

Choose this size when you expect steady crowds and need several staff members working at once: sampling programs, merchandise tents, sponsor activations, registration and check-in, VIP hospitality and outdoor product launches. The extra length also makes a natural split between a service counter at one end and a display or seating area at the other.

Because the roof is twice as long as a 10x10, it also gives your designer more room. A long, continuous valance can carry a tagline, a website and a logo without crowding, which helps people remember your brand after they walk past.

Printing, Materials and Safety

Dye sublimation uses heat to turn ink into a gas that bonds with polyester fibers, so your design becomes part of the fabric. Photos, gradients and brand colors reproduce cleanly, and the print flexes with the canopy instead of cracking. The canopy meets FR rating requirements and is designed primarily for outdoor use.

Anodized aluminum keeps the frame light and resistant to corrosion, while glass-filled nylon joints keep the trusses stiff as they open. A larger roof catches more wind, so always anchor every leg with stakes or sandbags as soon as the frame is standing. Failing to secure the tent voids the warranty.

Artwork Tips for a 20x10 Roof

Put your main logo and a short message on the two long valances, because they face the crowd. Use the short end valances for your logo or website. The roof panels read best from a distance, so keep them bold and simple and move phone numbers or offers to a back wall or table cover.

Production, Delivery and Cutoff

Production takes 2 days after proof approval and delivery normally takes 3–7 days. Orders placed before the 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time cutoff enter production the same day once the proof is approved. Tell us your event date and we will confirm the timeline.

Compare Sizes Before You Order

If your space is a standard booth, the 10x10 kit is easier to carry and set up. The 15x10 sits in the middle for slightly longer counters, and the 5x5 suits a single staff member. Setup, Care and Warranty

Two people should set up a 20x10. Open the frame partway, attach the canopy at the corners, extend the frame fully and raise each leg until the levers lock, then anchor right away. Always pack the canopy dry and fold it loosely to keep the print looking fresh.

The canopy and soft case carry a one-year warranty and the hardware carries a lifetime warranty, both against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products are repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion. Accidents, abuse, normal wear and tear, and wind damage from an unsecured frame are not covered.
