Farmers markets, craft fairs, trade shows, school carnivals, races and community festivals all plan their rows around 100-square-foot booths. A 10x10 custom printed canopy tent fits that plot exactly, giving you shade, a defined space and a branded roof visitors can spot from the end of the aisle.

This kit is priced at $497 and focuses on the essentials: a full-color printed canopy, a collapsible anodized aluminum frame and a standard soft carrying bag. Instead of paying for a bundle you may not need, you choose each extra separately and only pay for the pieces that suit your event.

What Is Included in the Base Kit

You receive one custom-printed 10' x 10' canopy made from weather-resistant 600 denier polyester, one 1.2 mm anodized aluminum frame with ABS glass-filled nylon joints and one standard soft bag. The hexagon-shaped legs are 1.75 inches across and use plastic levers for pinch-free height adjustment.

The main product photograph shows printed walls, two feather flags and a fitted table cover to illustrate a complete booth. Those items are optional add-ons and are not part of the base price. Everything you select appears in your cart and on your proof so there are no surprises.

Add-Ons and Prices

Color-matched trim is $36.25; black or white trim is included. Four-sided table covers in stretch, fitted or drape styles are $123.25–$145 for 6 ft and 8 ft tables. A 9 ft printed flag with holder is $79.75–$101.50 depending on single- or double-sided printing.

Half-height walls are $94.25–$203, with or without rails and printed inside, outside or both sides. A 10' full wall is $127.60–$211.70. Upgrade to a carrying bag with wheels for $58, or add a four-piece sandbag set for $58 when you set up on hard surfaces.

Most customers add one full back wall for a backdrop, a table cover for the front counter and a flag to draw attention from a distance. Half walls are a good choice when you want branding on the sides without closing the booth off to passing traffic.

Printing and Materials

Dye sublimation uses heat to turn ink into a gas that bonds with polyester fibers, so your design becomes part of the fabric. Gradients, photos and brand colors reproduce cleanly, and the print flexes with the canopy rather than cracking. The canopy meets FR rating requirements and is designed primarily for outdoor use.

Anodized aluminum keeps the frame light and resistant to corrosion, while glass-filled nylon joints add the stiffness the scissor trusses need to open smoothly. The frame folds down to fit in its bag for transport in a car trunk or van.

Artwork Tips for a 10x10 Roof

Each of the four valances is the most visible part of the tent at eye level, so put your logo and a short message there. Use the roof peaks for a large logo or icon that reads from a distance. Keep phone numbers and long text off the roof; they belong on a table cover or back wall where people stand closer.

Production, Delivery and Cutoff

Production takes 2 days after proof approval and delivery normally takes 3–7 days. Orders placed before the 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time cutoff enter production the same day once the proof is approved. Tell us your event date when you order and we will confirm the timeline.

Which Size Should You Choose?

Pick the 10x10 when your event allocates a standard booth or you need a tent that one or two people can carry and set up. If your space is very tight, the 5x5 canopy covers a single person or sampling station. Setup, Care and Warranty

Open the frame partway, attach the canopy at the corners, extend the frame fully and raise each leg until the levers lock. Anchor the tent right away with stakes or sandbags. Always pack the canopy dry and fold it loosely to keep the print looking fresh.

The canopy and soft case carry a one-year warranty and the hardware carries a lifetime warranty, both against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products are repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion. Accidents, abuse, normal wear and tear, and wind damage from an unsecured frame are not covered.
