Which size should you order?

Small (9 ft) is ideal indoors, under tents and at trade show booths with height limits. Medium (10.5 ft) is the all-rounder for shop entrances and pavement use. Large (14 ft) clears parked cars and is our best choice for roadside visibility. X-Large (18 ft) is built for big open sites — dealerships, sports fields and festivals — where you need to be seen from the far end of the venue.

Small and Medium share the same price, so most customers choose Medium unless ceiling height is a concern. Prices shown are for the flag with its pole set; choose the print side and base you need when you order.

How the Feather Angled Flag is printed

Every feather angled flag is printed with dye sublimation. Heat turns the ink into a gas that bonds inside the polyester fibres, so the color becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. The result is a soft, flexible graphic with no cracking, peeling or stiff ink layer, and colors that hold up to sun, rain and repeated washing far better than surface-printed banners.

You can order it single-sided or double-sided. A single-sided print-through flag carries one graphic: the front is bright and the back shows the same design in reverse with softer color, which is the most budget-friendly way to brand a flag. A double-sided flag joins two separate prints with a light-blocking layer between them, so both faces read correctly and you can run a different message on each side — handy when traffic passes in both directions.

Choosing the right base

The base you need depends on the surface. A ground stake pushes into grass, sand or soil and is the simplest option for lawns, beaches and festival fields. A cross base folds flat and holds the pole upright on hard floors, pavements and car parks; add a water bag on top of it for extra weight outdoors. A square steel base is the heaviest choice for hard surfaces where you want the flag to stay put all day.

Every base uses a spinning spindle, so the flag turns with the wind instead of fighting it. That keeps your graphic facing the street and reduces strain on the poles.

Where feather angled flags work best

Use them at storefronts and grand openings, along roadsides for open houses and sales, at the entrance of trade show booths, beside your canopy tent at farmers markets and festivals, around sports fields and race tracks, and at product launches or brand activations. A pair placed either side of an entrance creates a strong branded gateway.

Feather angled vs. feather convex vs. teardrop

The angled flag offers the most print area for its height and a sharp, contemporary look. The convex flag has a rounded top that hugs the pole and suits a softer brand style. The teardrop flag is shorter and wider at the top and always holds its shape, which makes it the best choice when you need your logo fully visible in still air. If you want the biggest message at the lowest cost per square foot, choose the angled feather.

Care, storage and getting the longest life

Take the feather angled flag down in very strong wind or storms, and let it dry fully before storage to avoid mildew. The fabric can be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent and air dried. Rotating two flags on long outdoor campaigns, or bringing them in overnight, greatly extends their life. Store the hardware in a carry bag so poles stay straight and connectors stay clean.
