Materials, Printing and Safety

Fabric: Dye Sublimation Printing On A 600D Polyester. Polyester canopy fabric is light enough to pack easily yet strong enough for regular outdoor use.

Safety: Fire Retardant, Water Resistant And UV Coated (CPAI-84). Many event organizers and venues ask for fire-retardant documentation, so keep it with your booth paperwork.

Dye sublimation lets you print unlimited colors, photos and gradients at no extra cost, so your tent can match your brand guidelines exactly.

Frame and Setup

Frame: Premium - 40mm Hexagonal Aluminium Frame. Aluminum is rust-proof and much lighter than steel, which makes the tent easier to carry, set up and store.

Pop up tents are designed for fast setup: two people can stand the frame, attach the canopy and raise it to height in minutes. Always weigh down or stake each leg outdoors; wind is the main risk to any canopy tent.

Pack the tent dry where possible. If it gets wet at an event, open it up again at home so the fabric can dry fully before storage.

Designing Your Tent Graphics

Put your logo on the valance, the strip around the edge of the roof. It sits at eye level for people approaching your booth and is the most visible part of any canopy tent.

Keep the roof peaks bold and simple, such as a logo or color block, because they are seen from a distance and at an angle.
