The display is 120" wide by 89" high and uses a lightweight aluminum frame covered by a dye-sublimated fabric graphic. Choose single or double-sided printing, and either the complete kit or the graphic only.

How the Tension Fabric Frame Goes Together

Tension fabric displays use lightweight aluminum tubes that push together into a rigid frame. You lay the tubes out, connect the matching joints, and stand the frame on its feet. There are no tools, no magnets and no heavy panels to line up.

The printed graphic is sewn like a pillowcase. You slide it down over the frame from the top, pull it tight and zip it closed along the bottom edge. Because the fabric is stretched, it sits smooth and wrinkle-free, and creases from the carry bag relax once it is under tension. Most people set one up alone in about ten to fifteen minutes the first time, and faster after that.

Tear-down is the reverse: unzip, slide the graphic off, fold it loosely, then separate the tubes and pack them in the bag. Keep the graphic out of direct contact with dirty floors and it will look fresh show after show.

Design Tips for Better Results

The graphic size is 124.5" x 91", larger than the visible face because it wraps around the frame edges. Keep text away from the far left and right ends, and plan for a table in front of the lower third.

Use high contrast between text and background, limit yourself to two fonts, and choose one main message. Dark text on a light background, or white text on a strong brand color, is easiest to read from a distance.
