Metal pins are included to secure the banner to the ground, which keeps it standing on grass at outdoor events. Indoors, place it against a wall or beside your table. Folding it back down takes a little practice: twist the loop into smaller rings and slip it back into its bag.

Keep the main logo near the center of the circle and leave a margin around the edge where the fabric curves into the frame. Large, simple shapes and two or three words work better than long sentences.

Use high contrast between text and background, limit yourself to two fonts, and choose one main message. Dark text on a light background, or white text on a strong brand color, is easiest to read from a distance.
